Dear Parents,

Home and School is in urgent need of parent and guardian volunteers. As parent volunteers ourselves, we understand the concern of time commitment. However, given our current situation, the Home and School Board Parents are stretched too thin. The parent volunteers that have offered to help with events are also helping in various school related activities. We would like to encourage every parent to donate their time to help chair and co-chair certain events. Our goal is to have several parent volunteers develop a committee for each event. That way it does not fall on one individual to take on the event. It is important to reiterate that Home and School Association events are here to serve our school community. This community is only strengthened by the members who serve and strength comes in numbers.

Please let us know if you would like to volunteer. Please keep in mind that if you would like to volunteer you will need the following:

  1. Safe Environment Education Session. Please refer to stgregsmil.org for online registration. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 414-321-1350.
  2. Background Check
  3. Sign Code of Ethical Standards and Mandatory Responsibilities
  4. Sign St. Gregory Code of Conduct

Please contact Home and School at stgregshomeandschool@gmail.com with interest or questions. President: Rich Medina (414-378-5857) Events Coordinator: Stephanie Kenney (414-331-1045) Communications/Secretary: Maria Diener (262-308-7589)

Spaghetti Dinner chairperson:

Event description: This event has several committees. The chairperson is in charge of communicating with committee leaders prior to the event. All monies spent are reimbursed by Home and School.

  • Classroom basket committee: We are in need of a parent volunteer to put together communications to classroom parents. • Donation Request coordinator: This person works on requesting donations for the event. The majority of requests are completed online. Stopping at local businesses asking for donations can be done as well.
