SERVICE
Mission Circle --Participates in activities that support Catholic Social Services and Birthright.
St. Ben's Meal Program -- Provides food for, transports food, and/or helps serve those in need at St. Benedict Parish. (4th Wednesday of the month).
St. Vincent de Paul -- Responds to persons with food and shelter needs.
SHARE -- Distributes food to SHARE members (Saturday a.m. monthly).
FUN, FELLOWSHIP & FUNDRAISING
Athletic Association -- Coordinates/implements the extracurricular athletic programs sponsored by the parish.
Booster Club -- Plans social & fundraising events for the parish, including annual Dinner & Auction event.
Christian Women -- Offers a variety of spiritual and social activities for women of the parish.
Festival -- Coordinates the annual parish event: refreshments, dinner, games, inventory, etc.
Senior Club -- Offers social activities for persons 50 years or older.
SCHOOL
Home & School -- Establishes and maintains communication between parents and teachers, and coordinates fundraising activities for the school.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES (Parish)
Assemblers -- Assists in preparing large parish mailings, and collates/staples the seasonal Orders of Worship. (Projects are done weekday mornings).
Baker -- Contributes cookies, bars, breads, etc. when needed.
Child Care -- Provides babysitting for parish events/meetings on an as needed basis. Open to teenagers and adults.
Computer Aide -- Assists parish office staff with computer projects and/or computer programming.
Hospitality Center -- Staffs the Center before, during, and after each weekend Mass on a rotating basis.
Parish Office Assistant -- Serves as receptionist in the parish office. (Monday - Friday, 11:30am -1:30pm; or Monday - Thursday, 5:00-8:00 pm.)
Sunday Morning Hospitality -- Serves refreshments and provides set-up and clean-up for Hospitality Sunday (once a month).
Tiny Tasks -- Helps with occasional or unexpected tasks on an as needed basis.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES (School)
Computer Aide -- Works with children in computer lab.
Health Room Aide -- Tends to children who are ill or injured during school.
Library Aide -- Provides library services for students.
Office Aide -- Assists in clerical tasks in the school office.
