Welcome to St. Gregory the Great!

Very Reverend Kenneth E. Omernick, Pastor
St. Gregory the Great Parish welcomes you!

We're glad you came to visit and invite you to join our parish community. Read what our parishioners have to say about being a part of St. Greg's:

"Welcoming spirit, sense of hospitality."

"Beautiful, spiritual liturgies."

"Attends to the needs of parish members."

"Has established a strong feeling of community."

"Our children received a great education at St. Greg's."

"Getting young people involved and teaching the Bible."

"Great sacramental preparation and religious education."

"Provides many faith-based activities for members of all ages."

"St. Greg's makes my religious life pleasant and fulfilling."
In addition to vital worship, we offer many ministries that provide opportunities for spiritual formation, fellowship and service, including: Child Ministry; Ministry to the Sick and Homebound; Bereavement Support; Life Teen; Parish Nurse Program; ARISE; Bible Studies; K3-8 Catholic Education; Young Adult Ministry; Parish Liturgies; Adult Formation & RCIA; Baptism Preparation; Music Programs - Choir, Cantors, Children's Choir, Praise Music, Bell Choir, St. Gregory's Orchestra; St. Vincent de Paul; St. Ben's Meal Program and more.

In the past year, we extended ourselves in service to those beyond our parish, city and nation by contributing to Rice Bowl, Tsunami Relief, Hurricane Katrina Relief, Missionary Collection and the Catholic Stewardship Appeal.

We invite you to join with us as we grow in faith and love and strive to achieve "greatness through service," the kind of greatness Jesus talked about when he said: Whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant
just as the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve.
Matthew 20:26,28
