The third grade classroom is an energetic and enthusiastic learning environment. The two classrooms are primarily self-contained, switching only for science and social studies. Both teachers express their joy for teaching and their love of learning through a wide variety of learning activities that they have designed to reach the many kinds of learners in their classrooms. They plan activities that invoke higher level thinking and incorporate many hands-on lessons to reach all learning styles.
