Literature Curriculum- Unit on on Setting
Students can identify the setting of a story.
Students understand that setting includes both time and place.
Students understand how the setting of a story helps to determine the mood and tone of a story.
Students use their knowledge of setting and mood to predict outcomes in literature and to understand the use of setting and mood as an element of foreshadowing.
