Faith In Action - Teens (FIAT) Middle & High School Youth Ministry

St. Greg's FIAT youth Ministry Program gives teens the opportunity to build community through prayer, service and social activities. Digital updates are sent to parents, but can also be sent to teens. Do you give permission for your teen to receive digital updates about Youth Events/Program Updates happening at the parish and/or throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee? Parents will be included on all texts and/or emails that are sent. If yes, please provide the following information for your teen:

El Programa de Ministerio Juvenil FIAT de St. Greg brinda a los adolescentes la oportunidad de construir una comunidad a través de la oración, el servicio y las actividades sociales. Las actualizaciones digitales se envían a los padres, pero también se pueden enviar a los adolescentes. ¿Le da permiso a su hijo adolescente para recibir actualizaciones digitales sobre eventos juveniles/actualizaciones de programas que ocurren en la parroquia y/o en toda la Arquidiócesis de Milwaukee? I hereby consent that any still or electronic image and /or audio recording, in which I or my child named above, may appear, may be used by St. Gregory the Great Parish & School and/or by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. I understand that these materials are being used for promotion of St. Gregory the Great Parish & School and /or the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The images and /or recordings may be used to support recruitment, fundraising, evangelization and other communication efforts. I release the staff and volunteers and I understand and agree that the use of my picture is not an invasion of privacy. Neither I, not anyone claiming to be speaking on my behalf, will later object to the Archdiocese's use of this/these photographs.

Fees should be paid prior to the first class session. Financial assistance is available.

For students in HIgh School (Grades 9 &10)/ Para estudiantes en los grados 9&10 :
